Q: How do I restore my backup data to my iPhone?
A: Check the screenshot. You basically use iTunes file sharing to "Add..." the file back onto your device. Just make sure you name it "Daily_Log.sqlite" when you copy it back over and overwrite the default or old one. Next time you start the app, the new data file will be used.
